Care Services We Provide

The areas of service provision will be Older people, People with dementia Learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs. The criteria for our involvement will be:

Adults over the age of 18 that require help and support with:- 
• Activities of daily living, such as getting up, washing, bathing, dressing, going to the toilet and going to bed.
• Providing meals
• Light domestic duties
• Social activities shopping and going to appointments
• Taking medication
• Companionship
• activities that have delegated responsibility from a healthcare professional such as peg feeding, rehabilitation after coming home from hospital etc.

The company want to ensure that Customers receive a first rate service and as such our aims and objectives are:

To be registered with CQC and be an outstanding path finder, to a new way of providing care
To employ staff of the highest calibre that will embrace the philosophy of the company
To liaise with other organisations including third sector

To provide a robust initial assessment that will identify and provide the right level of service from the right person. 
To meet and exceed clients expectations with the level of care and attention that they receive.
To receive more business based on word of mouth
To inspire both customers and staff 
Provide robust and creative training that will inspire staff

Spiritual Inspiration Ltd will provide a robust assessment of the customers needs, wishes, wants and preferences, along with a risk assessment that will look at the environmental and social risks.
Once the assessments have been completed and a care plan agreed introductions will take place in order that the customer meets all of their care team before they begin work.
There will be photgraphs of the staff team in the customers file along with contact details for the on call staff and the directors.
During the first few weeks the we will keep in contact with the customer to ensure that any ‘teething’ problems are addressed quickly this will be the ideal time to get to know the customer and where appropriate their family and other carers or professionals to ensure that we have a good understanding of the whole person. 
it is of utmost importance that there is a positive rapport between the customer and the staff to ensure that they improve, maintain and excel in their health and wellbeing.

We can deliver all sorts of care and support in a customers home or in the community. We only provide care to adults over the age of 18.
we provide a minimum of 30 minutes for our calls, this is because we want to ensure that we establish a relationship and a rapport with all of our customers.
